Anne Lotocki, President of the Gold Coast Theatre Alliance 1999/2000, and Artistic Director of the Phoenix Ensemble Anne, an experienced musical theatre director , has also taught educational drama for over twenty years. She has professional teaching qualifications from the University of New England, QUT, Kelvin Grove and Trinity College, London in Speech, Drama and English

Adam Marcombe,A professionally trained choreographer and dancer, Adam has worked in all mediums of film, television and theatre. He has toured Australia with Michael Edgley International and directed and choreographed an international cabaret show. Adam has worked extensively as an actor and dancer in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast for the past twelve years.

James Feagai started studying piano under Laurie Johnston in 1987 and is currently studying for his A Mus. in piano. He has most recently been Musical Director for "Godspell", "La Cage aux Folles" and "Jesus Christ Superstar" for the Phoenix Ensemble. James has recently turned down a tour with "The Ten Tenors" to be musical director for this production.

Alan Davidson trained classically in piano, trumpet and music theory at the Sydney Conservatorium of music. He was Musical Director for "A Chorus Line" and "Bugsy Malone" [Phoenix] and has worked with such names as Normie Rowe, Tony Barber and the "Four Kinsman" He has worked as a professional pianist in many venues.

Heather Scott has been resident choreographer for the Phoenix Ensemble since its inception in 1994. Her choreographic success's include "West Side Story", "Pirates of Penzance", "Godspell", "Cabaret", "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "La Cage aux Folles". She also performs in the chorus of this production of "Les Miserables".

Helen Holt has been Wardrobe Mistress for Phoenix Inc. since its inception in 1994 and has been responsible for costuming all of Phoenix's musical productions. A professional seamstress, she has costumed such shows as "Jesus Christ Superstar", "Godspell", "La Cage aux Folles" "A Chorus Line", Okalahoma", and "West Side Story".

Wal Lotocki is a foundation member of Phoenix and is currently the Financial/Administrative Director. Wal's extensive lighting experience includes design for "West Side Story" and "Pirates of Penzance" at the Cremorne Theatre, Queensland Performing Arts Complex. Wal is an accomplished actor having performed roles in "Cabaret", "A Chorus Line", "Oklahoma", "Calamity Jane", "Brilliant Lies", "The Importance of being Ernest", "Into The Woods","Pirates of Penzance", and "West Side Story". During 1997 Wal directed the very sucessful thriller "Wait Until Dark" and has also directed "Don't Dress forDinner", and most recently the Australian comedy "Cosi".

Rob McFarlane first became interested in theatre at an all boys high school where he played many "girl" roles. As an Adult, Rob's first performance was in the 1978 in the musical "Oklahoma" in Beenleigh. He continued his involvement in the theatre whilst living in North Queensland, where he became involved with the Atherton Performing Arts Group. Rob returned to Brisbane but was unable to continue his interest in theatre because of studies. In 1996 Rob's involvement in theatre was rekindled and since then has performed in "Pirates of Penzance", "Oklahoma","Calamity Jane","Living Together", "It Runs in the Family", "Out of Order","Wait until Dark" "How to Succeed in Business...",and "Cosi". Rob is a High School Manual Arts teacher and uses his carpentry and building skills in set construction and building maintenance for Phoenix.

Elizabeth Lotocki has studied at QUT for the Bachelor of Arts (Drama), Technical Production Management and has staged managed for QUT "Double Take", "Midsummer Nights Dream", "Rivers of China", "West Side Story", "Romeo and Juliet", and "Much Ado about Nothing". For Phoenix Lizzy has stage managed "Jesus Christ Superstar", "The Other Side", "Calamity Jane", "Pirates of Penzance", and now "Les Miserables" and has also appeared in numerous productions for Phoenix.

Alex Milosevic since joining Phoenix two years ago has performed in "La Cage Aux Folles" as Hanna from Hamburg, "Dimboola", "Godspell", "How to Suceed in Business...." and recently performed the role of Roy in the Australian comedy "Cosi", He has also ben involved in set artwork and stage management for "How to Succeed in Business....", "Hotel Sorrento" and "Bugsy Malone".
